The BBC FOUR series, ‘Sacred Music’ screened over the Easter season in 2008 features the lives and works of Thomas Tallis, organist at Waltham Abbey, and William Byrd, the Elizabethan Composer who lived for the last thirty years of his life at Stondon Massey in Essex. The Open University, who co-produced the series, has created a website linked to the programmes.
